This was a fun client.  She has medium dark hair, light skin, and light eyes.  Hair is cool to neutral.  Skin is neutral.  Eyes are warm.  She works in a professional field and wears mostly suits.  So she needs a very authoratative, powerful pallette.  The biggest challenge was finding an eye-related neutral that would work with the rest of the colors.  Warm yellow yellow-green eyes with lots of warm brown flecks.  It took a little longer than it normally does, but I found an eye color that works.
