Getting rid of all those unnecessary clothing to make way for the new ones.

I really needed to clear out some space in my closet for some new addtions.  Here's what I did.  I went to the far ends of my closet, really reached back there, and grabbed 3 hangers.  Guess what?  I hadn't worn those items in many, many months (or dare I say, years).  Out they went in the Good Will pile.  I reached back in and got 3 more hangers.  All that went.  Did it a third time.  Again, everything I pulled out went in the GW pile.  Now I have 9 free hangers and space for my new Teal Navy (one of my neutrals, very hard to find) garments from J.Jill.  Moral of story--anything that gets to the very far reaches of your closet are probably not your favorite, most worn clothes.  So it's likely that they can be removed and given to someone who will appreciate them.
